Rounding off to the nearest 10's

a)  5368 -  5370    ( Since 8 > 5, we add 1 to the digit in the tens place and it becomes 7)

b)  35,233 -  35,230  (Since 3 < 5 the digit in tens place does not change)

Rounding off to the nearest 100's

a) 57,264 - 57,300 ( Since 6 > 5 ,we add 1 to the digit in the hundreds place & it becomes 3)

b) 2,13,609 -  2,13,600   (Since 0 < 5)

Rounding off to the nearest 1000's

a)  53,465 - 53,000  ( Since 4< 5 the digit in the hundreds place does not change)

b)  5,35,525 - 5,36,000   (Since 5 = 5 ,we add 1 to the digit in the thousands place)

Rounding off will be done till 1000
